We generally have you return the parts.
- Neil will explain how to return the parts including the method for shipment.
- When we receive the parts, we will issue a refund:
- * Less the labor to pull them and the shipping costs.
*There are times that we have made an error. In these cases, we will refund the full amount including shipping costs.
